In addition to our own cider, maple syrup and doughnuts, made here at the Farm, Hudak Farm sources many delicious local Vermont food specialty products from trusted vendors in and around Franklin County.

HUDAK’S OWN
MAPLE SYRUP

Steam rising from our sugar shack is a sure sign that winter is coming to an end at Hudak Farm. Every year, Alexi and Yuri collect sap from our trees and boil it down to it’s sweet, maple essence. We pride ourselves on the flavor and quality of our syrup.

 


ARTISAN CHEESE
& BUTTER

Blue Cheese from the Boucher Family Farm in Highgate, Plymouth Cheese (several varieties) from southern Vermont, goat cheese and more. We also carry the delicious cultured butter from Vermont Butter & Cheese Company (unbelievable on a slice of crusty bread!).

 


Hudak Cider
APPLE CIDER
Fresh, unpasteurized cider, made the old fashioned way. Each fall, Hudak Farm presses our own apple cider from local, Vermont sound-washed apples. Our cider is fresh and delicious, and contains no preservatives. Comes in half gallons and gallons.

ARTISAN BREAD

Depending upon the day of the week, we sell a variety of locally-baked, Artisan breads. Currently we are featuring loaves from O’Bread (delivered throughout the week) and Gerard’s and Brotbakery (delivered mid-day Saturday), among others.
